Donovan Pyle has been making music professionally since 1995. With a focus on bass, drums, engineering, and mixing, he’s worked with artists like U2, Freddie Jackson, Luther & Cody Dickerson (North Mississippi Allstars), Aaron Julison (Kid Rock), and many more.
Having spent nearly a decade performing and engineering full time NYC, Donovan immersed himself in a variety of musical settings, and if you were watching TV in the mid 2000s, you definitely heard his drumming on commercials for HBO, Chevy, Nike, Motorola, and the National Highway Safety Department’s “Ticket or Click It” campaign.
Donovan spent three years touring the U.S. with the roots-rock band “The Auctioneers” (later known as “Gonzo Jones”), during which he opened for the bands Heart, Kansas, and many more.
Today, Donovan is based in Orlando Florida where he performs and records with a variety of acts such as the Button-Down Collective and more.
